My personal style is very monochrome. Blacks, whites, Navys and greys. I think as I started to dress more like myself in finding my identity when living on my own. I looked for pieces that I could wear all seasons, layer it, match it with older pieces, or just keep it for longer. These colours are typically available in all styles. Being short, I like mini length and anything that will make me look longer, whether that be pairing matching heeled boots with jeans and dresses. Ive never been a fan of anything loose fitting on my bottoms because I feel it weighs me down. My friends would like to say I can make anything girly look edgy and I always like to play with the fine line between florals, lace, leather and studs, but still make it look chic, casual and sexy.
jheeeeze Alysaa!! knowing how to style certain things to compliment different body parts is key!! 😍let's swap wardrobes for the day?!
I feel like after 2020, staying home I kind of lost my style, but I'm looking forward ro be able to dress up again soon!! I love items that come with a story
I feel youuu, it's quite an effort when there's no where to go. Comfort is defo key now though.
My personal style is pretty eclectic. I love textures and contrasts: a tight shirt with baggy jeans, a stripy sweater with plain black bottoms, dark blue corduroys with a cotton tee. Because it didn't categorise neatly into 'boho' or 'vintage' or anything, for the longest time I didn't think I had any particular sense of style. Now I realise just how distinctively me a lot of my clothes are, and I can tell immediately whether something would work in my wardrobe or not.
That, and fit and flare gives me life 😍
